This newsletter Elizabeth and I produce for Méav and her fans is the finest expression of our infinite support and love for our Celtic Songbird.

In this issue of "The Lark," first, I would like to thank Méav for her inspiration, contribution and support for all our projects. Méav gave us wings to fly and be creative in our own way through this newsletter. Thank you for being so understanding that this issue took a while to finish. You have been so patient with us. Also, for dedicating the song "Pie Jesu," in memory of my mother, I am truly touched.

I would also like to thank Genevive Rafter Keddy of WLIW for allowing us to use a couple of the photos from Dec 2007. To Clarendon Street, St. Teresa's Church Dublin, we would like to thank you for allowing our newsletter to publish the live recording of "Pie Jesu." To Mel and Bob, your creative works and contributions made this issue truly special. To Julian David Edwards, thank you for doing an interview with us. You had been so gracious to squeeze us into your hectic schedule. To the 2nd Grade kids who recorded the messages for Méav, thank you! May you all continue to follow your dreams, and be inspired by our Celtic Songbird.

To Elizabeth, my rock; the heart and soul of this newletter and the entire Méav fanclub, I could never do all these without your amazing editing skills, patience, love and support. I thank you for your unending love for Méav. I would like to dedicate this issue to our friendship! May our journeys with Méav be always fruitful and full of joys.

I would also like to thank Sandy H. with all my heart. Thank you for your help when we needed it the most. In every set backs, every doubts, every discouraged moments when I felt like it was impossible to finish, you were there to pick me up, and raise me up to more than I can be... You always told me to keep pressing on...

This issue is dedicated to all the Méav fans who had been there for our Celtic Songbird all these years. Your loyalty to OUR Méav is truly appreciated. I also would like to dedicate this issue to the second graders who contributed their loving, heartfelt messages for Méav to read and to hear, and to all the children who love and adore Méav's music. Please keep the music in your hearts. I know that you all will keep the love for Méav for many years to come.

To my dear friend Chaplain Cpt. JH , thank you for being a good example to me. Your dedication to serving God and our country gave me the inspiration to realize the importance of performing my duties to the fullest of my abilities. Your kind words of support nurtured this creative work. I will always remember your advice to never give up, never give in, and never give out...God's strength is enough for all of us!

Magnificat Anima mea Dominum: et exsultavit spiritus meus in Deo, salutari meo.
